- Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (the back/outdoor area of the house).
- Rumah Singgah Asri is a sharia-compliant property, intended for families, married couples, and guests traveling with mahram (close relatives, under Islamic guidelines).
- Maximum 6 guests.
- Check-in 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM at the latest.
- Please confirm with the owner one hour before check-in and before check-out.
- Bookings are accepted no later than 1 day before the stay date; same-day bookings are not accepted.
- Strictly no consuming or bringing in alcohol, drugs, or similar substances.
- Strictly no parties or similar gatherings that disturb the comfort of the neighborhood.
- Rumah Singgah Asri reserves the right to cancel or refuse a reservation if a guest does not follow these rules.
